Welcome to Eastline Official, operated by SJR E COMMERCE. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and SJR E COMMERCE doing business as Eastline Official ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of our website at eastlineofficial.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products and services from us.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Site, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Site.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If using on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may create an account to access features and track orders. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion.

4. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We strive for accurate product descriptions and pricing, but do not warrant complete accuracy. Product images are illustrative and may vary from actual products. All prices are in USD and subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors and limit quantities.

Dropshipping Disclosure: We operate a dropshipping model. Products are sourced from third-party suppliers (WIIO and SANYU) and shipped directly from suppliers, which may include international locations.

5. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

Order placement constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept orders by sending shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason including pricing errors, fraud, or inventory issues.

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. You authorize charges for the full order amount including taxes and shipping.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet processed. Contact contact@eastlineofficial.com for cancellation requests.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing: 1-3 business days
  • Delivery: 4-7 business days (Standard Shipping)
  • Total time: 5-10 business days
  • FREE shipping on all US orders
  • US destinations only

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays. You must provide accurate shipping addresses. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • 14-day return window from delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
  • Customer pays return shipping (unless defective/incorrect)
  • Refunds processed within 10 business days of receipt

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Site content including text, graphics, logos, images, and software is owned by SJR E COMMERCE or licensors and protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

"Eastline" and related marks are trademarks of SJR E COMMERCE. You may not use without permission.

You are granted a limited license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works.

User-submitted content (reviews, photos) grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

9. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access or introduce harmful code
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Site
  • Impersonate others or create multiple accounts for abuse
  • Post false reviews or spam
  • Resell products commercially without authorization

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

10. DISCLAIMERS

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions are accurate or complete.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SJR E COMMERCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SJR E COMMERCE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your violation of applicable laws

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, contact us at contact@eastlineofficial.com to attempt informal resolution within 30 days.

Arbitration: Disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Class Action Waiver: Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, not as a class action.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, supplier failures, or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

16. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SJR E COMMERCE regarding use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

18. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

19. SURVIVAL

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
